Dr. Beech is the founding member of Great Lakes Dental and has been serving residents of northeast Ohio for over 30 years. As a graduate of the Case School of Dental Medicine and an Accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, his skills are widely sought. He has 4 adult children and enjoys adventuring through scuba diving, hiking, backpacking and biking.
With advanced training and specialization in Sleep Apnea, Dr. Perry designs modern oral appliances to help patients experience deeper rest and rejuvenation while they sleep.
Dr. Perry graduated from the College of Wooster with bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and completed her dental degree at Case Western Reserve University. She went on to complete her residency at the Wade Park, Cleveland Veterans Affairs hospital. For over a decade Dr. Perry has made her primary focus treating sleep apnea, helping patients with airway issues and non-CPAP alternatives. After seeing similar patterns in her adult sleep apnea patients Dr. Perry begin to focus on the childhood airway development. Dr. Perry has witnessed firsthand the improvement in airway function and development after treating her own children with the Healthy Start system. She is an active member of the Ohio Dental Association and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She enjoys running, biking, and traveling with her 3 children and husband.
With a love for interacting with patients of all ages, Dr. Brewer thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to cultivate relationships with patients and their families.
As a native Buckeye, Dr. Brewer earned her undergraduate degree in biology at The Ohio State University and completed her dental training at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. During her residency at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio, she became a certified Invisalign® provider and received further training in the areas of oral surgery, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and general dentistry. Dr. Brewer enjoys interacting with patients of all ages while building relationships with their families. To better serve her patients, she relentlessly pursues advanced education. Her ever-growing skillset now allows her to provide laser therapies for minimally invasive dentistry and she recently completed training through the Academy of General Practice Orthodontics to offer traditional bracketed orthodontics. Dr. Brewer is a member of the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. When not serving patients, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, biking and learning new cooking techniques.
With a dedication to patient-focused dentistry, Dr. Polman is committed to ensuring his patients receive the best care possible.
Born and raised in the Cleveland area, Dr. Polman was a multiple-time state champion runner and valedictorian at nearby Independence High School. He continued to compete in cross country and track while at the University of Kentucky where he also earned an undergraduate degree (with honors) in biology. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. While in Columbus, he also received advanced Invisalign® training and earned recognition for student excellence in prosthodontics with a nomination for the annual Carl O. Boucher Award. Beyond serving patients, he enjoys fishing, running, and cheering on his beloved Cleveland Indians.
Dr. Williams enjoys working with patients to create plans tailored to their specific dental needs and goals, while striving to help them reach their optimal oral and overall health.
Dr. Williams began his dental career at The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and became a certified EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary). He initially worked as a hygienist in his hometown of Fostoria, Ohio where he cultivated a passion for preventative dentistry before returning to Ohio State complete dental school. He is Invisalign certified and has advanced training in the areas of complex restorative, esthetic, jaw/muscular pain relief therapies, and patient centric dentistry through the prestigious Pankey Institute. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, biking, and supporting the Buckeyes, Browns and Guardians.

Dr. James Matia is a highly experienced and compassionate periodontal specialist who, for over 30 years, has been devoted to giving patients the best chance to retain their own teeth for life—with minimal discomfort.
A native of Grafton, Ohio, Dr. Matia graduated from Ashland College with honors with a dual degree in Biology and Chemistry. In 1979, he graduated from the Ohio State University, College of Dentistry. In 1984 he received a certificate in Periodontics as well as a Masters of Science in Dentistry from Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry.
Dr. Matia has received standard and advanced proficiency training, as well as Fellowship status from the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. He is also a member of the International College of Dentistry and has completed over 8,000 laser surgical procedures.
Dr. Matia currently sits on the North Coast Dental Society annual meeting board of trustees. He was the director of the Wayne & Medina County Dental Hygiene Study Clubs.
In his free time, Dr. Matia enjoys fishing and skiing with his family and being a loyal Cleveland sports fan. He is also a supporter of the fine arts at his children's colleges, alma maters, and Boy Scouts of America, having served as a Leader while his two sons completed their Eagle Scout requirements. Dr. Matia and his wife of over 35 years reside in Medina Township.
